I'm trying to understand what Liberation would like like in the consciousness model.... The basic model assumes decision and action, which only occur in a state of duality. In Nonduality, there cannot be decision and action because there is no longer a sense of doership. Would the Action and Decision matrices revert to identities with Liberation? It seems like TAT TVAM ASI could be formalized as a theorem in this system...Peace & Love :)

Death in meditation is not death of the body but death of the ego, which is a soul identified with a body. It is the illusion of separation from universal consciousness, the universal consciousness we call God. It is not dying except the death of an illusion. It is important to be deeply concentrated and to have a spiritual guide who can inwardly be with you. There is a fine line between liberation and being mentally unmoored which is dangerous. Loss of the ego without deep concentration and a guide, leads to mental imbalance, which is what the mentally il experience as they are unmoored from ego consciousness. Advancing to liberation from ego and body identification need not be problematic, but it requires caution, the right meditation technique, and the right spiritual guide. As Christ said “No one comes to the father but by Me..”. In Christianity and in Hinduism there are true guides, there are also false unqualified guides and false prophets, so be wary and careful and choose wisely.

Suffering is always given the analogy such as the winter cold while children play, or personal suffering. Harder to explain the freedom game and explain “divine unfairness” as an experience of avatar surprise, when innocent individuals are forcibly made to suffer, violent torture or animal abuse occurs.

I found headstand to be one of the most relaxing asanas, also relieving headaches at times - am I supposed to stop doing it then, too? What's not healthy about it? I'm doing it mostly for ca. 2minutes once a day. In the tradition of Sivananda Yoga, in which teachers have a direct lineage and from whom I learned from, it is said to be "King of the Āsanas” because of its remarkable benefits". Thanks.

I am new to this understanding and have been looking for genuine teachers. After watching, listening and observing the trio of Rupert, Francis and Jean Klein I have noticed something striking that separates them. I could be mistaken but I would love to know your thoughts. I loved Rupert immediately when I first started. He is closer to our generation, likeable and explains everything very simply. Francis is likeable as well but has a far more logical and somehow more practical way of thinking. My favorite. But Jean Klein gives me chills...He embodies what seems to be what is closer to the truth somehow. I can't explain it in the mind but maybe that's the point.
